Orthotics & AFO Compatibility
Unlike standard high-tops, BILLY Footwear is purpose-built to accommodate ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs), supramalleolar orthoses (SMOs), custom insoles, and arch supports. Each pair features two removable depth-adjusting insoles:

Size & Fit Recommendation
BILLY Footwear is sized to standard UK Children’s shoe measurements. If your child will be wearing the shoes with an AFO, DAFO, or custom rigid brace, we advise measuring the outer heel-to-toe length and width of the brace rather than the bare foot, and selecting the Wide or Extra Wide fitting for optimum comfort.
Care Instructions
Wipe clean with a damp microfiber cloth and mild soapy water. Air dry naturally away from direct heaters or radiators. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
