These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of nelkos.com, including all orders, purchases, content, and services offered by Nelkos (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

By using Nelkos, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Nelkos reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion where fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected.

2. Product Information, Pricing and Availability

We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, specifications, and prices appearing on the website are accurate. However, typographical errors or unintended inaccuracies may occasionally occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to technical or typographical error, Nelkos reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that item and immediately refund any payments made.

All prices are listed in Great British Pounds (GBP £) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise explicitly specified.

3. Orders and Payment Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only formally accepted and a binding contract formed when we send you an Order Confirmation or Dispatch Notice containing your tracking details.

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are securely encrypted using 256-bit SSL protocols.

4. Shipping, Delivery and Customs

Delivery times stated on product pages and checkout are estimates. Nelkos works with premium global and domestic couriers (Royal Mail, Hermes/Evri, DPD, DHL, YunExpress) to ensure swift fulfillment. You will receive end-to-end tracking once your shipment departs our fulfillment facilities.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon physical delivery to the shipping address specified in your order confirmation.

5. 90-Day Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with every order. Customers may return eligible products within 90 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days following return inspection and credited back to the original method of payment.

6. Consumer Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any mandatory statutory rights you possess under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nelkos shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, services, or purchased products.

In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability shall be limited strictly to the total purchase price paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
