We work with trusted UK and international courier partners (Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, and Yodel) to ensure your items arrive promptly and securely.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of payment verification. Once your order has left our fulfillment depot, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

3. Tracking Your Parcel

You can follow the progress of your shipment at any time using our live Order Tracking Portal. Simply enter your order number and email address to view real-time courier checkpoint scans.

4. Customs, Duties & UK VAT

All prices displayed on Nelkos are all-inclusive. There are no surprise customs charges or hidden import duties upon delivery for UK orders. What you see at checkout is the final total.

5. Delivery Issues or Delays
