Our Story

Nelkos began with a simple consumer frustration: exceptional products were too often locked behind inflated markups, hidden fees, and confusing return policies.

We set out to create a smarter shopping model — partnering directly with vetted international manufacturers and premium fulfillment hubs to deliver high-demand products directly to UK doorsteps at unbeatable everyday value.

Quality Control & Sourcing Standards

Before any product is catalogued on Nelkos, it undergoes a strict multi-point assessment:

Manufacturer Credential Verification: We only partner with certified production facilities adhering to international labor and safety standards.
Product Batch Sampling: Material durability, electrical safety (CE / UKCA compliant where applicable), and performance are tested.
Accurate Product Data: Transparent specifications, dimension charts, and real photos to ensure what arrives at your door matches your expectations.
Continuous Feedback Loops: Customer reviews dictate which items stay in our catalog. Underperforming items are permanently delisted.
