Changed your mind? Most items can be returned within 90 days for a full refund — well beyond your statutory rights.

How returns work

Start a return from My Orders, print the prepaid label, and drop the parcel at any UK collection point. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and checked.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items (such as sealed personal-care products once opened, perishables and personalised goods) may be excluded by law.
