Email support@nelkos.com with your Order ID (e.g. #NLK-10429) and reason for return.

Receive Authorization

Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide return delivery instructions within 24 hours.

Dispatch Parcel

Safely pack the item in its original box or suitable packaging, attach the return label, and drop off at your local post depot.

Get Refunded

Upon inspection at our processing facility, your refund is credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

If your parcel arrives with courier damage, or if an item has a functional defect or does not match what you ordered, please contact us immediately with a clear photograph. We will promptly dispatch a brand new replacement at zero cost or issue an immediate 100% refund, including any original shipping paid.

2. Refund Timelines & Payment Methods

Once received at our returns depot, items are checked within 48 hours. Approved refunds are credited directly to the payment method used during checkout (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Depending on your bank provider, funds appear on your statement in 3 to 5 business days.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are handed over to our fulfillment logistics center. If your order has already dispatched, you can simply use our 90-Day Returns procedure once the package arrives.
