At Nelkos (https://nelkos.com), we deeply respect your right to privacy and give you full control over your personal data. In compliance with Meta Platform Terms (Section 4.b), GDPR (Article 17 – Right to Erasure), UK Data Protection Act, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we provide clear and straightforward procedures to request the permanent deletion of your data.

If you have used our website, interacted with our Facebook / Instagram advertising campaigns, or connected to our services via Meta technologies, you can easily delete your data using any of the methods outlined below.

Method 1: Revoke Permissions and Delete Data via Facebook / Meta Settings

If you have interacted with our store through Facebook Login or our Meta applications (such as Nelkos ads):

Log in to your Facebook account on your web browser or mobile app.
Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
In the left-hand navigation menu, select Apps and Websites (or visit https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications).
Locate Nelkos or Nelkos ads in your list of apps.
Click the Remove button.
Check the option to “Allow Facebook to notify Nelkos that your login connection was removed” and confirm by clicking Remove. This automatically dispatches a data deletion request callback to our system.

Method 2: Direct Email Request to Nelkos Data Protection Team

You can request complete erasure of your Nelkos account and all associated personal information by contacting our Data Protection Officer directly:

Information to Include:

Your full name
The email address associated with your Nelkos customer account or order
Your Facebook User ID (if your request relates specifically to Meta advertising data)

What Happens After You Submit a Request?

Prompt Acknowledgment: Our team will confirm receipt of your data deletion request within 48 hours and issue a unique request tracking reference code.
Data Erasure: Within 30 calendar days, we will permanently delete or anonymize all personal identification records, customer profiles, shipping history, technical device identifiers, and marketing cookie logs from our active databases and backup systems.
Statutory Tax Exceptions: As required by statutory business accounting and tax laws (e.g., HMRC in the UK), basic invoice transaction records must be retained for mandatory statutory audit periods. These retained records are strictly segregated, protected, and pseudonymized, and will never be used for marketing or profiling.
Written Confirmation: Once data erasure is successfully executed, you will receive a formal confirmation email stating that your data has been permanently removed.
