These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Nelkos marketplace, websites and apps — for both shoppers and sellers. By using Nelkos you accept these terms in full.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use.

Orders and contract formation

Listings are an invitation to treat, not an offer. A binding contract forms only when we or the seller send an order-confirmation or dispatch notice. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, stock shortages or suspected fraud.

Marketplace model and seller obligations

Nelkos connects buyers with independent third-party sellers, who must list accurately, comply with UK product-safety law, ship on time and honour returns, subject to our Buyer Protection.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

The Nelkos name, logo, software and content are protected. You receive a limited licence to use the platform for its intended purpose only, and must keep any non-public information confidential.

Liability and governing law

To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude indirect or consequential loss; nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
